RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your goods and the service you receive from Prickle and POP, so if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve it for you.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Requests for refunds and exchanges must be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned to Prickle and POP within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.

Proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.

 

THE RETURN PROCESS


All refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the goods in their original excellent condition.

You are required to return goods to Prickle and POP at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing in the first place.

We recommend that you use a tracked courier service for the return of your goods, as they are your responsibility until they reach Prickle and POP; we are not responsible for the damage or loss of items being returned.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.

REFUNDS


In the event of a refund, we will put the full amount of the item into the account you used for the original purchase. Please be aware, it may take several days for the refund to show in your account. Shipping will only be refunded if the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing in the first place.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Sorry about that!

We do not accept exchange or refund requests for special offer or sale items; these purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
