NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING


We offer FREE shipping throughout New Zealand for all orders $50 NZD and over.

New Zealand orders are sent within 48 hours of receiving payment via tracked NZ Courier Post (no signature required), with a delivery target of 1-5 business days.

Please enter your physical address during check out, as we cannot send to a PO Box address. Sorry about that!

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and provide you with your tracking number. You can check the updated status of your order by entering your tracking number at www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace. It can take some time for your order to enter their system, so if it doesn’t show up straight away, please check back later.


New Zealand shipping costs:

All orders under $50 NZD are charged a flat fee of $4 NZD.

All orders $50 NZD and over are shipped FREE of charge nationwide.

* We will reimburse shipping costs for defective or incorrectly sent items only.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International orders are shipped with 48 hours of receiving payment using untracked NZ Post. The expected delivery time is 3-14 business days; however, sometimes packages are held up in Customs for seemingly no reason and transit times can vary wildly.

CUSTOMS DISCLAIMER: Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. These are not included within the Prickle and POP shipping quotes provided. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


International Shipping costs:

Australian orders are charged a flat fee of $10 NZD.

All other international orders are charged a flat fee of $25 NZD.

* We will reimburse shipping costs for defective or incorrectly sent items only.


GENERAL


Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding NZ Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be send out within the next two business days.

The festive season may cause some delays, so please be aware and place orders with a few days to spare. We will do all we can to ensure delivery before Christmas, but we do not take responsibility for delivery delays.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address. If you pay via PayPal, please make sure your PayPal address is current. If the delivery address is incorrect and your products are returned back to us, you will be charged with a shipping fee in order for us to send your parcel again.

 

DAMAGED GOODS


We take great care to ensure your Prickle and Pop goodies arrive in their original excellent condition, but sometimes things happen that no ‘control pants’ could ever prevent!

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please email a clear picture of the damage to kirsty@prickleandpop.com as soon as possible* within 7 days of receiving your items and we will arrange a replacement. The photographed goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

* In order to receive a refund from Courier Post for their mishandling of the package, it is best to act immediately.
